About Us
Greg Caudell, President
Greg has over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting,
and systems implementation and design. Greg founded CFO|Solutions
in 2005 to provide big company expertise to small to medium
size businesses.
Greg worked as the Head of US Operations for a European owned
business with three US locations. He recognized during his tenure
with the firm that each of the offices faced the same issues
and each took different paths to solve them. The inconsistency
across offices was inefficient and just created more problems.
To solve the firm’s problems, Greg reorganized the staff,
established consistent policies, and implemented new technologies.
By focusing on processes, the company eliminated unnecessary
steps. By implementing new technology, the team improved the
quality of work while reducing manual effort and head count.
By focusing on people, the company was better able to get the
right people in the right jobs. Ultimately, the information was
better and both management and the employees were happier. Greg
established CFO|Solutions to bring standard reliable solutions
to small businesses.
As a Director for Enron, Greg developed and implemented management
reporting processes to monitor currency risk, international
asset performance, and other management requirements. Prior
to Enron,
Greg worked for Andersen Consulting where he helped clients
improve their bottom line through better process and technology.
Greg earned his MBA at UT, Austin and his undergraduate degree
in economics from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
